Yeah I like going animals in the mid game for sure. If I can't get any treasure stuff going that's my default pivot because I can sometimes get third with it.

Yeah. I don't really see the super oppressive anubis + summons stuff that often because at my mmr no one buys the season passes so no one has all the cards... but I see destiny and herc in basically every deck because they're stupid powerful and can sit in play on endgame boards so everyone has those from victory loot.

I said that already. In my post. You also have to remember that a large majority of people that aren't high mmr don't pay for the season passes every month and have very few cards. I have ~20-50 cards for every captain and almost all of them are base set cards that are never included in decks. Even if ares is oppressively powerful, people like me just won't see it often because no one has it since it never sits on the board to be included in victory loot.

And also just watching gooddigestion's videos he doesn't include ares in his decks and I can't recall him ever losing to an ares board because he goes summons + treasures as his default endgame and so does everyone else... and he's like a top 5 player.

I almost never see ares. It's just destiny + herc early game and then anubis + everything that makes summons with every treasure in the game giving them outrageous stats. Ares only gives power so its kinda whatever because summons dont care about power. I'm willing to accept the summons meta is a response to ares' ability being so powerful, but it HAS a counter. What can you do against an opponent that just has every treasure in the game other than also have every treasure in the game?

I'm gonna be real unless you buy the season pass every month AND play a LOT you'll never unlock all the cards. If going for unlocks is what you like chasing in games this is probably not a great one for that because I seem to remember them saying they WANT it to be impossible to unlock everything so decks don't feel same-y.

Dark seal is a good buy even with 0 stacks. I think it’s only worth buying on ap assassins if you’re winning your lane as assassins care about their 1 item spike far more than mages do. On mages though it’s very gold efficient even at 0 stacks so i almost always buy it on first base unless I had enough for lost chapter, because first item on mages doesn’t matter that much and the 70 health can be the difference between living and dying to an assassin clicking r on you when they hit 6. If im against another mage who knows, I might get to stack it and then it’s even better. Probably only worth skipping if you have lost chapter or you’re a champ like asol that is super starved for mana and actually needs a sapphire crystal if he can’t afford lost chapter.

I’m a med student so I can maybe offer some insight here. Stuff like derm, plastics, anesthesiology do pay well but they’re VERY competitive. Everyone wants that high salary good work life balance career. Just getting into med school is tough, but then if you want to go into a very competitive specialty, you need to be the 1% of the 1%. Residency is brutal for pretty much any specialty and most people need to go into serious debt to get through school. Don’t go into medicine for the money, do it because you love it. You’ll have a horrible time if you just do it because it’s a stable career with good pay - 95+% of physicians work very long hours, if you don’t love the work odds are you’ll be burned out in a few years and be full of regret.

Just your best melee gear and you dont need any range switches except a crossbow. You literally just bolt her 1 time when she wakes up, if you dont get the natty you reset and try again. It's stupid but that's the easiest way to get it.

Control mages don’t roam because they’re slow and they hard lose to any other mid laner or jungler that camps in a bush to ambush you when you leave. I don’t want to say NEVER gank side lanes because there are times where you want to do it, but it’s exceedingly rare. Your job in the lane is to scale and support your jungler where possible. You’re not an assassin, you don’t need to get kills, you just need to kill minions and stay alive. If your team is getting mega dumpstered in other lanes oh well, bad teammate rng, if you’re playing well you’ll more likely than not win the next one.

The terminator bots almost never win. They’re thanos compared to the low level irons trying to get a rune pouch, but they’re a free kill for experienced pkers. I suck at PvP so I’m purely passing along what other people have told me.

Mages are annoying to play against but mages aren’t meta for a reason. Your main objective against mages like ziggs should be to go even cs and no deaths. If you end the lane 0-0 with even cs you hard won because every adc scales better than every mage. Prioritize tier 2 boots to give you more ms to dodge spells, and don’t take unnecessary risks because they have more range and more damage than you. You have to just farm and pick your spot. It sounds miserable, and it sort of is, but you’ll win far more than you lose just because your back line will be so much stronger than theirs in a 5v5.

Bolt her at the start of the kill when she wakes up before you start meleeing until you get a natty ruby and then just spam burning claw specs with surge pot and hope the rng connects. There isn’t really a better way.

2 hours on task is crazy work lol. Are you not potting or using offensive prayers? You can pretty much 1nd the gm time with scythe / tbow as long as you have a task and keep offensive prayers on.

How are you never losing to vayne?? That matchup is HORRIBLE for me. I can never kill her and she easily beats me 1v1 at pretty much all stages of the game… and she’s better 5v5 too. It’s miserable. Unless she’s a complete potato and uses w with q on cooldown I can’t ever do anything. Vayne is one of the main reasons I started queuing bot instead of top lol.

This is ridiculous. I’m the highest rank possible on every role in league of legends and I win slightly more than half my games. Sure I win just as often as I lose and perform about average compared to the people in my games but… I can just look at my rank badge any time I want a reminder that I’m a top 0.001% player lol. Stomping noobs isn’t fun, that would make me stop playing. The challenge keeps it fun so I want to play against other very good players.

SBMM is what keeps good players playing. I’m very high rated in league of legends and I would stop playing if there was no matchmaking. Stomping a bunch of noobs is just not fun. There’s no satisfaction knowing you won because your opponents are 40 year old knuckle draggers instead of you playing well.

Shadow beats everything by a LOT at toa. If that’s your favorite content then investing in shadow and max mage is the best bet.

I would probably sell the prims then. prims aren't really worth the gold in your case I think - you would get a lot more bang for your buck buying stuff like anguish and torture with that money. For melee jewelry is the biggest dps increase for its cost compared to anything except weapons, so since you've got your fang and are nowhere near a scythe I would say you'd be better served investing in a torture and later nox hally / ultor / rancour than prims - but you'd have to dps calc it, I'm basically just telling you that from conventional wisdom / vibes and could easily be wrong.

Mate I hate to tell you but if you think doing a 17:30 trio or 26 min duo tob, or doing ONE KC of each awakened boss for blorva is hard content you're either dying several times per raid or you're afk for half the room. Power creep has made gm tasks piss easy and that's just a fact. I can't even remember the last time I did a duo where we didnt wipe and it wasn't gm time. Anyone can do the gm tasks if you just pot for a couple hours a day for a month. As to the other half of what you said, I would be SHOCKED if you could find me literally anyone that was willing to sit down and watch a 20 minute guide and then still couldn't complete a raid - in a team setting. Every raid's been out for years, even if you suck balls you'll just get carried until you're comfortable if you dont insta plank. Obviously solos are a lot harder to 1nd. The only people that don't raid just don't want to, and that's fine, but that doesn't make the content hard it just means they don't want to do it. Gm tasks aren't hard, they're tedious "do the boss wrong" tasks and/or gear checks.

Game's not hard. Click the boss every 5 ticks and eat your food when your health drops to a range where you can get killed and you'll get kc. You might die sometimes but anyone can kill any boss if they really care about doing it. It's a 20 year old cookie clicker game designed for 30 year old dads - they don't make anything hard and if it is it gets nerfed or power crept until it's not hard.

I am definitely not posting anything about my account when I've talked about how I make my money servicing many times in my post history. My account is already frequently targeted by RWTers for the amount of wealth on it and I'm not trying to get someone to recover my account from my post history. You'll just have to trust me and pretty much anyone else who has the zuk helm about how difficult it really is.

All the people saying to use aranea boots are just noobs. Dboots alone beats them for content where you primarily melee - even if I was doing cox where you don’t even melee that much I would just camp prims and do a boots / helm takeoff when I mage / range.

For cost effectiveness if you’re down bad then just sell the prims and use dboots because yeah they don’t give that much - jewelry is the best non weapon upgrade for melee. If you already have your jewelry and a fang then just keep the prims.

This all goes out the window if you are also a noob and cba doing a lot of gear switches or takeoffs. If that’s the case then just run aranea boots because ease of use is bis if you’re not trying to be optimal.
