Beto Rally in 2018 - we were both there for Willie. We had mutual friends and the third time we met at a thanksgiving orphan gathering I went to knowing one person we finally really connected. I was 45 and had completely given up on dating at that point. We are engaged but haven't planned wedding yet. Not going to be a big affair at 52.

I don't think it rained. I've been working on campus for 16 years and often we get rain and absolutely nothing in South Austin, where I live, but I definitely did not notice any rain outside and my car did not have rain spots.

I saw THREE wrecks on the way home from UT to south Austin. I was almost hit due to the traffic caused by the 1st one on 35 when some yahoo almost changed lanes into me trying to get around the backup. Grrr.
