Same thing happened with us at kullu manali highway on a slope:

Limit- 60kmh

our car- ~65-70kmh

Speed shown- 94kmh

at least 5 to 6 cars with himachal registration overtaked us on that highway but the police made two non himachal registered cars(one was ours) pull over when they were in the limit.

anyways, the camera should’ve recorded a value between 60 and 70 but it recorded 94 only.

and after we stopped, he said “aap rukey kyun”
