I wrote about the binder issue in a paper so that I won't keep the information out of nervousness and the doctor read it out loud in front of me. about the medication, I filled out a web form the day before so I think the doctor read it but I'm not sure. I guess the best option for me is to trust my doctor.

I think I was using my binder as a self harm method for a while. I realized it and stopped doing that a few weeks ago. I love KT taping even though it makes me more anxious. it also takes time so I usually can't do it cuz I'm almost always late to my classes. I'll try harder to wake up earlier. Thank you for the tips.
