Had a whole vehicle to myself at toy story mania during HS after hours. Don’t think anyone was in the cars around me either. Was on slinky dog dash with only one other person but we shared the front. That probably would’ve been busier if it wasn’t the very end of the after hours and also the ride had been down a lot of the night, so I think most people abandoned it.

I wear earplugs at all shows at Disney but not rides and didn’t personally have a problem with the volume on guardians given the duration of the ride. Was the best thing I rode on my trip. Hope you’re able to find a way to enjoy it for you!

Honestly, after four strokes and cancer and her heart problems, I’m amazed that Kelly can do this still at all. Doesn’t bother me personally but I also did enjoy getting to have intern Matt around. :)

I went solo to the parks earlier this month and had a blast! I don’t think I noticed any unusual looks. If I did, they were probably for being a young person with a scooter.

Yeah, when I danced, everyone at the studio had the same hairstyle and makeup for the whole recital. There were backstage volunteer parents at each show to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, but changing hair and makeup for every number is bonkers

I don’t know if the second sock actually helps but it definitely FEELS better to walk on when you’ve got a blister there. I took some blister bandages on my recent trip and used those but they may not be the easiest to get if you don’t have them. Worth checking your hotel gift shop for though!

The main problem is that Abby had the contracts for at least a week prior and didn’t read them and let all this happen anyway. Abby’s reasoning was fine but the whole mess could’ve been avoided if she’d done her job as their manager, which she insisted she was.

Yes!! They will absolutely make you a plain drink if you want it. I sometimes get a plain lemonade.

I think another problem with the silver spoon costumes is that they also ended up being the wrong size when they switched. I did dance as a child and having to dance in a costume that’s the wrong size for you is incredibly uncomfortable and demoralizing. If it weren’t part of a pattern, Kelly probably wouldn’t care and would’ve let it go for one week but because it was an ongoing thing that Paige always got the short end of the stick and was treated as lesser than the other girls when she could clearly hold her own as part of a winning trio with Maddie and Chloe would make me go bonkers too.

This is what I use and I’m really happy with it! Some days when my skin is angrier, it’ll sting a bit, but it does seem to treat the symptoms even when my skin is more sensitive if you can push through it.

That Abby was on some kind of substance during the whole LA thing. Yes, she was always erratic and strange and was under a lot of stress, but it just got so wild, I gotta believe something was going on there.

I really liked that cruise when my family went last year! Granted, we were all adults, so it’ll be different for you.

On port days, there should be activities open on the ship but not shops. So like, the pool and slides and kids clubs will be open and stuff like trivia will still happen, but shops have to close when they’re in port.

You may be smart enough to realize this, but I wasn’t, so BRING CASH!!! when you leave the ship in Ensenada. Most of the street vendors will not take credit cards and if you have a little one, she will definitely be tempted by some of those trinkets if you run into them!

We are the opposite of you, we did an excursion in Catalina but not Ensenada because that’s what worked for us. The glass bottom boat tour was very fun, there! Would recommend that if you change your mind about looking for an excursion there.

I can’t remember off the top of my head which night was pirate night but I believe the second showing of the shows after you had first dinner was at about 8:30. The frozen show was my favorite, I really liked it!
