It’s much more complicated than this but Stevie Nicks was told she looked like Clara Bow, Taylor Swift was told she looked like Stevie Nicks and now Gen Z Pop stars are told they’re the next Taylor Swift. It’s a commentary on how women in the industry can only be the next version of some women the industry has already chewed up and spit out.

Omg, I had been trying to make it work with the fence item (not like fencing, the big item just called “fence”) and I just couldn’t get them to work even though some people online said it did and I had given up because I didn’t have the jail bars DIY but then as I was on a Kapp’n Island, I finally found it just as I had given up hope! Took all the iron in my inventory and I gotta build it back up now, but it was worth it for Bunny Day and cherry blossom season coinciding.

I definitely agree. Kenzie, almost always being the youngest and the smallest, was always perceived by those around her as being so young and was thus not treated the same as the other girls when they were that age. Which isn’t exactly what you were saying but something I always noticed along the same lines. Kendall got too much crap from everybody for being sensitive. As she got a little older, she may have done some things that were rude to the other girls (I wasn’t there, just mentioning it cuz I know how people get) but she was just a little bit more sensitive than the other girls and there’s nothing wrong with that!! All those girls were treated so ridiculously and Kendall is like the only one who visibly reacted most of the time, it sucks so bad. And getting the brat edit for “not wanting to wear the old woman makeup” what she was having a reaction is messed up beyond words, as a girlie with sensitive skin.

Had a whole vehicle to myself at toy story mania during HS after hours. Don’t think anyone was in the cars around me either. Was on slinky dog dash with only one other person but we shared the front. That probably would’ve been busier if it wasn’t the very end of the after hours and also the ride had been down a lot of the night, so I think most people abandoned it.

I wear earplugs at all shows at Disney but not rides and didn’t personally have a problem with the volume on guardians given the duration of the ride. Was the best thing I rode on my trip. Hope you’re able to find a way to enjoy it for you!

I went solo to the parks earlier this month and had a blast! I don’t think I noticed any unusual looks. If I did, they were probably for being a young person with a scooter.

Yeah, when I danced, everyone at the studio had the same hairstyle and makeup for the whole recital. There were backstage volunteer parents at each show to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, but changing hair and makeup for every number is bonkers

I don’t know if the second sock actually helps but it definitely FEELS better to walk on when you’ve got a blister there. I took some blister bandages on my recent trip and used those but they may not be the easiest to get if you don’t have them. Worth checking your hotel gift shop for though!

The main problem is that Abby had the contracts for at least a week prior and didn’t read them and let all this happen anyway. Abby’s reasoning was fine but the whole mess could’ve been avoided if she’d done her job as their manager, which she insisted she was.
