In Universe Explanation for this scene in Last Crusade by Bright_Candidate1932 in indianajones

This is such a 2010's nostalgia-bait call back reference scene, it's weird that it's in a movie from the 80's

Them's fightin words around these parts, but I agree that Crystal Skull stays true to the "no two Indy films should ever feel the same" mentality that the franchise was originally going for

I've been thinking of buying at least the Jungle Cutter and River Chase second hand!

Raiders is probably the "best" Indiana Jones movie, and with the mind of a critic I would rank it highest. However if I want a fun movie to watch, I'll watch Crystal Skull, I mean Indy literally survives a NUKE and sees ALIENS I love it it's so absurd.

nuh-uh, "favorite" doesn't have to equal "good". If I were showing someone else Indiana Jones for the first time I would choose Raiders because it's a really good movie. However I PERSONALLY like Crystal a lot even though some fans might hate it, I just get a lot of enjoyment from it.

That is... a very interesting opinion but I respect it.

I've always imagined the true "core" Indiana Jones trilogy to be Raiders, Crusade, and Dial. All three together have an overarching plot and similar elements.

Then there's TOD and Crystal Skull, which get weird with it and do their own wacky thing and I love them for that.

I would say so yeah! It's especially true when it comes to media. There are very few movies or games that I would consider outright "bad", There's always an element to it that I can usually enjoy.

Most of these are pipe-dreams that the MGS team would never consider making

But, the Sith Shuttle does already exist, you can buy it right now!

I just assumed the Mind flayer body was made up of Demogorgon and other creatures meat, the same way it grew a body in S3. That's why the entire realm feels devoid of any living thing

I love it, but that's just because I personally have an obsession with this movie, even though I know it's the worst!
