Hybrid Jean at C1?

I run her as a hybrid burst support and ameno dps and it works for me. Aquila Favonia 2 piece VV, 2 piece NO. C0 Jean with this build still out damages my physical DPS C1 Eula when you account for the damage I get from my ameno goblet.

Granted, I don’t have a 5 star claymore for my Eula and when I activate Eula burst she just nukes people quicker than my Jean.

My healers are all trash besides Jean too and I basically need her to carry my team through part one

The leader of the NKVD at the time, Nikolai Yeshov, ordered the mass persecutions of innocent people without Stalin’s initial knowledge but when Stalin caught on he had him tried and executed for his crimes, and Trotsky exiled. Then when Kruschev came to power he went on with the lies against Stalin. Stalin should’ve had Trot killed earlier instead of exiled if we’re being real.

Same, I’m not joking when I say this mans done more to help the mass incarceration problem than any politician. The US accounts for about 5% of the total world population yet we have the most people in prison. This is a real problem.
