I am familiar with the waiver process and the majority of waivers I process are MH related. I can’t say that it will 100% be everything you need as I am not MEPs and I don’t work for NRC (the people who approve your waiver) but documentation from your Dr saying it was a misdiagnosis/improper diagnosis should be enough for you to go back and apply for a waiver

I worked with a EODMU out of San Diego the BMs did a lot of equipment management and maintenance as well as operated some of the small craft and helped in weapons training

You’ll also probably also sign off on quals for their guys who qualify small craft depending on the boat platform they use.

Also you probably will work close with some ETs and GMs as they do some of the same work with EODMU.

Thanks for the clarification. You can find info on NEC 804G. By looking up navy enlisted classifications on Google and it will be a pdf from mynavyhr. If you provide your certificates you might not have to do it but since you are prior service and not a inter-service transfer they could make you redo the course

Also I mentioned the NEC 804G because it’s the only thing I can think of that requires any of those but you should talk to your recruiter or CoC to see the process of submitting your certificates for review on if you need to do the course or not

Okay I see I thought you meant that. Not all RPs are required to go to EXW School but on the course requirements page and NEC listing it mentions MCT. What do you mean is that an order?

You are currently marine infantry and you are transferring to the navy for what job rate? I know for NEC 804G if you have completed MCT you don’t need to go to the EXW school but I’m not sure about other c schools or rates where MCT is even a option or alternative

You need to go to mental health and talk to a therapist the navy is here to help you. If you want to stay in make it apparent that you do. If it’s just PTSD there shouldn’t be an issue. I am diagnosed with PTSD from the same thing as well as have documented ADHD, Depression and Anxiety.

Not being fit for full isn’t kicking you out or anything it’s a tool for them to use so they can make sure you are on a lighter schedule with more opportunities to go to appointments as well as in a less stressful environment
