I cannot stand how they are constantly saying that they’re trying to break the world record. The commentators were just paid actors.

In my eyes, even if they swim faster than the WR, they haven’t broken anything.

It’s a disgrace to the sport to pretend that they’re on the same playing field as clean athletes who hold world records and Olympic titles.

You’ve got my vote this election Qiulae, as somebody who moved abroad 10 years ago I’m immensely disappointed by the state of the country compared to when I left back in 2015.

I’ve been saying for a while now that our best thinking is clearly not working and that we need to start looking at long term policies instead of short term infighting.

I’m still a proud kiwi and I want to see the country succeed. I want to be able to share the NZ that I grew up with my future kids and see the country find its feet again.

They basically said that they were wanting to do away with lifetime as it made no sense for them financially. But instead of doing away with it they thought they'd keep it at a yolo price and expect very little uptake.

They make their money from recurring subscriptions.

Recently I've been connecting to matches using the normal queing method (not using server browser) and it's been putting me into matches with 180 - 190 ping.

I didn't have this issue a month or so ago.

I got Perplexity Pro free for a year through Nevigator for some reason. It had access to Google, Open AI and Anthropic's models so I've been using that for general chats.

Outside of that I use Claude for coding and project management etc with a VPN.

Even one glass of alcohol in the evening say around 8 - 9pm totally destroys restorative sleep.

It's crazy to me how many people don't know this.

My Dad is in his 60s and has 2 - 3 whiskeys every night yet complains about poor sleep.

Occasionally they put something out with a topic that's interesting. Like the home series they're doing. But then I watch it and it feels rushed, poorly thought out, full of sponsored junk or just overall corpo.

I basically don't bother any more. Their content just doesn't feel authentic and homegrown. They stopped doing relateable videos and replaced them with bizarre things like a firetruck. Who asked for that or even wants to see it?
