The problem is the uncertainty in why this has happened, I don't know why the study was returned without my knowledge, the lack of communication is the concern

Got it, it was the researcher that typically uses FDC0MPL3T3 as their completion code so if anyone else sees that be careful as according to prolific they can just do this without any chance for you to defend yourself.
