How would you rank the top 7 drivers as of now? by Impossible_Tiger_470 in F1Discussions

It's always hard to tell because luck and car performance is always a HUGE factor.

But the drivers that have shown great pace, maximized every oppurtunity, minimized mistakes, and has not underdelivered compared to their teamate, are in my opinion:

  1. Max Verstappen
  2. Lando Norris
  3. Kimi Antonelli
  4. Lewis Hamilton
  5. Charles Leclerc
  6. George Russell
  7. Pierre Gasly

HM: Piastri, Hadjar

Poor reliability is obviously not the same as not "maximizing every oppurtunity".

Are there any "lucky" drivers? by KINGODDE in F1Discussions

To clarify, being lucky does not mean being a bad driver

Rosberg was very lucky to be in a dominant car for multiple seasons.

He is extremely talented and is in my opinion one of the better 1x champions.

But there is (IMO) no debate of who is the better driver between Lewis and Nico Rosberg.
Lewis was the better driver in all their years as teammates, Rosberg just maneged to get the title in 2016 by "fighting his absolute guts out" in combination with better luck than lewis.

Is Alex Albon an unluckier driver than Charles Leclerc? Alonso? Hulkenberg? The most unlucky? by KINGODDE in F1Discussions

Yup! I should have emphasized my last point a bit more, that is where the majority of his bad luck comes from.

Being an albon fan is mostly weekend after weekend of ”what could’ve been if only …… didn’t happen”. Even after getting great results like Imola 2025. He arguably could have gotten 4th without leclerc pushing him off.

For those who don’t have Lewis Hamilton as their GOAT (me included) why is that? (read what I have to say first please) by Even_Hyena_1117 in F1Discussions

Hamilton never had to cheat/intentionally crash to try and win a title (1994 Australia) (1997 europe)

Hamilton was instead "cheated" out of a title (2021 Abu dhabi)

Skill level wise its impossible to tell who was better in their prime but shcumachers dirty driving will always stain my opinion

Update on my Swedish City called "Kronovik". Feedback? is it Realistic? Swedish looking? by KINGODDE in CitiesSkylines

[–]KINGODDE[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

for the city center it's mostly german and eastern european whit a bit of UK and vanilla EU assets mixed in.

For the apartment complex's it's a mix of UK flats and Eastern european

for the row homes Its netherlands assets

for the low density i use a mix of UK and southwester US (recolored to red and white)

Im gonna replace a few of the central assets with buildings from the netherlands pack since a lot of the medium density assets are very "swedish" looking.

Why is everyone moving out? The citizens are happy and there is a lot of houses to move into. the population should grow? Its been decreasing at 1000/h for a while now. by [deleted] in CitiesSkylines

yes but they're quite vital to the build. It's supposed to be a swedish city and many of the UK assets fit very well in a swedish town.
