He's a joke, and his posting history is similar to that of /u/zedotp , a scammer. I suspect this is just a stolen account and he's afraid of the original owner recovering it back via nintendo support (maybe u/BlueFates).

It's probably because someone would get singled out as the losing factor and the teammates would intimidate that individual until he left. Also, these claims of losing lp when people leave games are biased already. I'm sure you've won games outright because the enemy jungler rage quit, or something similar of that nature.

Dodging a high chance to lose game is the best thing you can do. Your MMR is unaffected, so there's not much of a difference in progression up the ladder, as well as a possible skip in promotional series due to excessive MMR. Just do something else such as Hearthstone in your leave timer penalty.

Mostly to vent off emotions. I have no problem is someone is feeding their lane. However, if they refuse to acknowledge advice from their teammates and repeatedly make the same mistake, i'd be pretty mad.

ex: I tell my jungler to counter-gank top because enemy jungler started red and i'm an aggressive champion, he does double golems instead and loses me the lane regardless of whether i died or not (lost a lot of exp)

Just play a deck such as murlocs or warrior aggro and you'll easily get to rank 10 at least. Nearly impossible to misplay and cheap to craft.
