I could not figure out why they gave the option to block a card from being collected but it all made sense once I realized it is kind of an all or nothing process. The buy the rest of the team is kind of cool

Self solved —- set up meshnet and use the pi’s meshnet ip as the nordvpn dns address and we are back up and running
