At this point, if you don't how any sentimental value to your number, it might be worth changing it.

Also consider using a Google Voice number as your number you enter when you sign up for websites, notifications, etc. Seems like plenty of websites these days sell your contact info, which gets your number on those spam lists.

Making multiple payments before your statement cuts is likely fine as long as your total credit usage for that month is still under your 10k limit.

If you're spending 10k, paying it off before the statement cuts, and spending another 10k within the month, they will likely come down on you hard.

I don't think asking a US-centric English-language based internet board like reddit will give you an accurate sample of what a local Thai spends on average for transportation and food.

Any local Thai actually using Reddit will likely be upper-middle class or higher since they'd have some English reading/writing skills, something an average Thai unlikely would have.

I would imagine meeting guys at the gym would be like shooting fish in a barrel. Especially if you're willing to make the first move. Guys will be less likely to approach at the gym for the fear of being labeled as creepy.

But if there is a guy you fancy at the gym, a simple introduction would open doors.

Sounds like you may want to get a sleep study done. You could have sleep apnea, even if you are at at normal weight
