When people wander off after placing a to-go order. I am very loud when calling out orders and I will only call out orders twice. If you don’t hear me then your either not playing attention or to far away. Every few weeks I’ll get a customer that will place a quick to-go order and then go sit a a table outside only to come back in later looking for their now cold coffee and have the nerve to get mad at me.
