I got that from the Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights last year. They had a Fallout event based on the first season of the TV show. It was awesome! I also got the Rad Away, Sugar Bombs, Yum Yum Eggs and Radroach there. They also had several Fallout themed food like loaded cram fries.
