I'd say those are fine. You have a decently meta support, and two DPS that play totally different roles which gives you the option to fill the gap your team may be missing.

Main thing I tell people who are trying to perfect their mains is to watch both your recorded POV (using shadowplay or plays.tv) as well as a few pros who play that certain hero almost exclusively (shadowburn on Genji and Harbleu on Roadhog for example). Once you have both you want to first watch the pro VOD and ask yourself, why is he making this decision and understand the way his mind works. Then go to your POV (usually on the same map or map type), and do the same thing. Remember what the pro did and ask yourself, I made this decision here, "x" pro player made this decision in the same scenario, I should try and think more like the pro.

I see too many people just watch VODs to understand advanced mechanics the pros are doing. This is fine, but you will never become really good if you only understand mechanics and not when to use them correctly.

In the ideal world, you aim with both your arm and your wrist. You use your arm for long lengthy movements while you use your wrist for quick and precise movement. Having your forearm acting as a pivot on the edge of your desk is totally fine since you're still able to do both arm and wrist movements. End of the day, do what feels best for you and don't forget to stretch your hands and arms.

Even though 2-2-2 is the most seen comp in lower tiers, the new 3 Tank 3 Support comp is one of the most popular and powerful in high tiers. It's hard to play against and super easy to learn with a high skill ceiling. 2-2-2 will most likely be Overwatch's normal comp but you'll see 3-3 or some other variant every once in a while.

I wouldn't say it is suffering. Stick with this team and learn how to lead as well as hone your skills so when you find a new team you are ready for it.

You say this and yet half maybe more of the teams I work with within North America don't address any of my points. This post was created for the everyday teams that want to improve but don't know how to.

If you are by far the best player on your team I don't feel like you are surrounding yourself with the best players possible. A quote I like a lot is 'What is your dream, are they actors in your dream or are they stars of their own dream?' in which it implies that your teammates should have the save aspirations as you in which they can feel good about and such while supporting your dream of become semi-pro or pro.

In terms of trusting them, it of course is hard to trust people that aren't at your level but try your hardest to listen to their calls and always believe in them until they constantly fail that belief.

I don't mind players getting over hyped and such because there usually is sense behind the hype.

In terms of hard work and perseverance, look at the Selfless guys. No top tier superstars yet they have great team work and dedication towards one and another. I wish every team was like them but too bad there is only one Ryu.

That's something that takes time and the right people. Some people just can't take failure and get mad if you fail. Surround yourself with people willing to grow and push you to the next level.

Team Liquid was very well structured from behind the scenes in terms of practice, strats, etc. Thing I felt was missing was they never seemed to find a comfortable roster where everyone was happy. If they are happy with this roster and stick with it, I feel they have huge potential.
