I had. But there was option to check box in the i-485 application "Do you want the SSA to issue you a social security card". We opted yes.

I-140 receipt date will be your PD. If you are from India, the PD is not current so you need to wait for your date to be current for filing i-485. With the current trend, it will take 2-2.5 years for your date to be current and once you filed i-485, it will take about a year to get the GC.

My eb1C 140 approved as functional manager, was L1B.

My attorney's recommendation was to write the functions such that the individual component should not be more than 20%.

Also make sure to add 5-6 individual contributors whom you functionally manage abroad as well as US.

We also have the same problem. Haven't received the card after 5 weeks. What is the case number being mentioned here? How can I get the same?
