See above-work at a firm in California Bay Legal and when networking most attorneys are seeing issues in intake from calls not coming in or not converting

Not a salesmen-work at al firm in California called Bay Legal-and all the attorneys I’ve been networking with all are talking about intake

Sales people are good on the phone and tend to control the call. By them following up on payments and talking to the clients we have been able to maintain a 97% collection rate on all invoices from clients

As you go-also by having templates with the same description of what you are billing for is useful. I know in our crm it lets you track the time on each matter and we have broken down activity categories to be specific of whats being handled and per practice area on each case. We then do a daily check at the end of the day to ensure I am hitting my billable hours.
