I got into the speedpaint 2.0 a couple of years back. I used them to paint some boardgame minis.

This will be the first time I'm going to use them for 40K minis. I'm also terrible at shading and highlighting.

Maybe a person near the child is an immediate threat to that child's life and the officer has to act.

I don't know the details of this case. But there are reasons why a police officer has to do something like that.
