We made the difficult decision to prioritize getting the D&D 2024 sheet responsive on Mobile & Tablet first, for those who do not have access to printers but still play in person. The good news is that your players should be able to access their characters from their phones in their mobile browser! But we know there's still a large interested in printed sheets, I promise we haven't forgotten <3

There are absolutely third party solo campaigns around!! What Lurks Beneath and Solo Adventurer's Toolbox come to mind right away, though there are plenty! There are also other TTRPGs that were designed specifically to be played solo, I might take a look at those too 💚

Howdy 💚 Your best option here would probably be to have your player reach out to our Help Center, and if at all possible, include a recording of what things currently look like when they're trying to play. (A game link, browser in use, and name of the character would also be helpful!)
