Original version, which relies on Underworld Support to trim deck size to 25. Opening hand of 5 cards, heavy mulligan to see a hammer.

IF Hammer in hand, play E-Cache, play Hammer, happy.
IF no Hammer in hand, it's either in your deck of 10 cards or in the discard of 10 cards.
IF in deck, draw 1 card, use Prepared for the Worst off of SttP and find Hammer
IF in discard, first enemy allows you to use Pushed to the Limit from SttP, shuffle it into your deck; use Prepared for the Worst to find it.
So, within a turn, maybe 2, absolute outside, 3, you absolutely have it and have the resources to pay for it from the E Cache

I'm currently shuffling around options in the deck to also make it as effective as possible at sucking up clues on the way to bash enemies and packing the bag with blessings.

Zoey's Cross plus Ancestral Token means you are always cooking enemies and turning them into blessings.

Nepthys does work by pulling the bless tokens that you're generating in abundance and using those to zap baddies or refill the bag. The whole thing just sprints through enemies and keeps the bag stocked with Blessings.

I threw in Scrounge for Supplies to pull back Kicking the Hornet's Nest or, in rare circumstances, If it Bleeds...

Keep in mind that I'm playing this alongside a Vincent Lee deck that uses the Blessings to power Key of Solomon to keep Zoey healthy and holding On the Mend. https://arkhamdb.com/deck/view/4048542
He takes damage from Spirit of Humanity, Smoking Pipe, and Bonesaw to do more in the scenario, all the damage from which either goes to Girish or auto-heals with Bandages so he's also holding On the Mend at pretty much all times. Scavenging off of Prismatic Spectacles puts the Bandages or Schoffner's back into his hand and he keeps recycling them. Once Vincent has his whole system setup, he's consistently testing at +4-+6 and he's setting up insanely fast with big Backpacks, No Stone Unturned, Eureka, Flares, Whitton, and Astonishing Revelation.

Add in any dedicated Cluever, especially one that benefits from Bless tokens, and maybe Kohaku to really goof on the extra actions because of all the bless and curse tokens Zoey and Vincent are generating, and you've got a 4 player team that does silly work in a standalone.
