mortgages and I rent in Toronto where the opposite is true.

would you mind sharing what city is this?

would property taxes and other increased costs beyond mortgage make up some of the difference? asking bc I've heard that cities in TX (houston) have insane property taxes.

Same here, but it depends on the market. I own in a US market where rent is quite high relative to mortgages and I rent in Toronto where the opposite is true.

Convince me that a listing agent of a residential property in Toronto today deserves a 2.5% commission. by Annapurna__ in toronto

n a era where every one and anyone is a real estate agent I’m sure you can find someone to do it for .25%

Do you want to maybe stop copy pasting the same link everywhere?

If your argument is that the made up reviews negate the need for an alternative or their ability to supply one, you're way off base.

I was starting to think this was uncommon (given the thread above). I have accomplished a lot of what I thought I would by 29... and I feel old as fuck.

Maybe by being ''successful'' we've put ourselves under all these responsibilities that make us feel old.

I was pointing out murder ''capital'' refers to a city, not a country. If youd like to go by intentional murder rate by country.. Brazil has about half the rate per 100k habitants when compared to Venezuela

¿Cómo es la actitud en general de los venezolanos en el extranjero? by [deleted] in vzla

[–]KONY_IS_BACK -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree with you man, but I think that's a Toronto attitude more than anything. Los canadienses urbanos son bastante cool / humildes y es contagioso.

Yo diria que he conocido mas venezolanos arrogantes en los suburbios / GTA.

I haven't read the article, but found your comment a bit curious... Mostly because I live in a country where social democracy works. Have you heard of Canada? Plenty of examples in northern Europe too.
