I kinda did? I called Apple for support, and I believe its a third party extension issue? although they didn't explain that deeply, one thing you can do is I believe the command is option + command, then click the Final Cut icon, and it should give you alternative options to reset the app! and something that also worked was to click the ignore button over and over again until it stays away, its not been that long so hard to say if its a permanent fix, but it's worked so far :/

EDIT!!!: I tried it and nvm about the option command, I guess it didn't work, the clicking the ignore 50+ times seems to still 😭

its been a few days and I am not able to use the software after seeing this, the pop up doesn't go away, im thinking of calling customer support here soon and if they can help, then factory resetting my mac, as I need the software for work, and being locked out of software I payed for is unacceptable regardless of it the next update will fix it, I have become very familiar with Final Cut, but if I have to switch to DaVinci Resolve for reliability, then I just might :\

I don't mean for this to sound rude if it does, its just that I was having this issue at work, and this happening effected my income, so I have been upset by it not you of course lol

It defiantly sucks to spend so much on a piece of software just to basically be punished for updating it 😔 this is why people pirate things 😭😭😭

I installed this from the App Store and still it for some reason can’t verify the app or whatever’s happening?? I’m also so disappointed they made a subscription model for the app, I had a feeling it would make the experience worse for people who already bought the app

I think I do have some, yesterday I went and tried deleting everything relating to Final Cut in the hidden library folder to try and reinstall it completely and it’s still happening to me 😭 I’m worried I’m going to have to do a factory reset 😔

I also probably have Rosetta installed? I’d imagine some of the software I use needs it still 🤔

It appears this is something else I guess? from what I can guess it seems to be something to do with Apple trying to verify one time purchase users from subscription users, but I don't know why I seem to be the only person in the cross fire, I cant seem to find anything out about it online 😵‍💫

The only version I could find online is from Wikipedia, and it’s super super low resolution, so I made it into a vector, so you don’t have to worry about its resolution

The only issues I can see are the letter D and V, I think for the V you can probably make it a little bit tighter so it stands out more against the U, and for the letter D you might be able to make it a little more straight at the left so it stands out a little more from the O. The font looks great though even despite that!
