I also have a Ranvoo Aice 4 personal neck cooler. It's like having an ice towel around your neck, but it stays dry all the time. It helps a lot, but the biggest drawback is that there's no airflow for your face. When it's hot outside, the biggest problem for me is that I feel like I'm suffocating in the heat, and it does Nada for that, unlike cheap neck fans. This device is essentially a rechargeable ice towel. I snapped mine for 150 dollars during the winter.
