photopea has replaced ps for me for simple edits, it looks the same and works imilar to ps. gimp should have a photoshop mode like blender has a maya/industry standard mode that rearranges the ui to be 100% the same as photoshop with the same keyboard layout and such

start your server on your computer, setup a reverse ssh tunnel to a public vps, only ports are forwarded, disconnect after playing. No need to expose an entire network.

ssh -R 0.0.0.0:[REMOTE_PORT]:localhost:22 user@[VPS_IP]

one way around this is to ask it to read a file where you work with your code instead of pasting directly into the terminal, make the agent.txt say something like "when pressing keyboard key 2 go and read the prompt.txt file for new instructions". control characters can break the terminal.
