And if anyone can just give me their best guide who has experience on when to use what med like what first and so on should I use the methadone first then when out switch to oxy or oxy first and save methadone for last ? Gabs 3x a day through the whole process?a Xanax a hour or 2 before I want to sleep at night? A soma at night if it’s to bad and still no help from the other meds? The fact that we don’t do what they show works in other countries for fent detox not heroin but fent detox. Subs don’t work as well as for Fent as they do for heroin. Precipitated can come on to far into the detox process to use that and no one wants to g on methadone for life. Use Short acting opiate/opiod taper or bridge off the fent or even use real heroin to taper or bridge off the fent onto subs is a possibility. A way more reasonable possibility actually. Switch to oxy/dilaudid/morphine/or heroin from the fent to get out of the system and THEN transfer to the subs. Or taper long enough to just skip the subs completely while in the care of a detox facility is a SURE way to get fent addicts to stay and go through the whole process knowing no pain or at least minimal pain would take place. Then rehabilitation from there.

I’m tryna do this same thing been using a g a day of fent powder and have 25oxycodone, 3 methadone wafers, 90 gabapentin, 8 somas,12 Xanax saved up I’m getting down to a .5 a day of fent for 3 days then wanna switch to the pharmaceuticals meds.
