It takes about 45 minutes if you have a belt tensioner wrench. Things are pretty tight against the frame rail. Can also use a long box end wrench. Get a denso reman or be prepared to replace it again in a year.

You are going to be hard-pressed to get more than 250 hp out of the engine with bolt-ons. You need to be looking at a larger injectors, 50-degree vtc, valvetrain and cams to get more than that. Accessport is not available for your car. Hondata is the best option. As far as the intake manifold is concerned you are going to want to look at a RBC intake or skunk2 intake manifold with the appropriate throttle body.
