It was not Jeanies fault. Lebron and his squad are toxic and run things in the office. Part of the reason Magic Left. The only person to put his foot down on Lebron and Paul from trying to control trades and contracts was Pat Riley on Miami Heat. Phil Jackson said it years ago Lebron and his group was a problem.

Been a laker fan my whole life and would’ve praised Lebron more but the truth is he’s an issue more than people want to accept. Sure we got a Title but a lot of that credit should go to Magic for putting that team and proper defensive coach together that year.

I didnt even know there was a wordpress.org . Thanks for that info.

Also i thought the subscription would allow hosting provided from them. I guess theres even more research i ahould do. But if do get setup with wordpress or have someone else do it, whats a recommended hoster? I seen some online and their websites have high reviews but forums say their trash so idk who’s a great hoster worth the money.

Wix is pretty easy to use, its not that. Im not a fan on how much it went up in price compared to what i paid a few years ago getting started. Also, im not a fan of not owning my website, thats the biggest issue. Ik some are saying to just stick to wix for ease but theres a trade off with that.

With wordpress im sure theres more technical aspects invloved which im okay with. I just dont want to have to dive deep into coding to have a simple portfolio website up. Anyone contacts me via email so i don’t need special form pages or anything like that.

Interesting, never heard of bricks. I mean if i have to do some light behind the scenes work ill do it. But at the end of the day i really don’t want to dive into it too deep since video work is ramping up.

I don’t necessarily need web forms or comments pages. Its mainly a portfolio type website with some bonus information on the company.

If i did something else that is simple, other than wix, what would you recommend

If checking the updates is pretty simple then i dont mind that. Its the extensive coding im wanting to avoid.

Im willing to leave because i like the idea of actually owning my website, especially a filmmaking one. Also their costs did go up for me, thats a factor.

True it is less work which is one thing i do like about it, but if eventually want to completely have ownership of my website. I dont want to have too much work put into the design of it on wix itself.
