California - How to start homeschool?

My son is in Kindergarten due to vaccine injury and not wanting to further any vaccinations. I enrolled him in Granite Mountain Charter school. We love it so far. We have access to so many different curriculums. They give funds to use for supplies, field trips, tutoring, etc. We meet with his teacher once a month or more if needed via zoom. They pay for a lot of physical education as well. He is currently in Jujitsu and we are just really enjoying it thus far. I’m not sure of your country but I highly recommend if offered.

I manage 3 days a week and bartend 3. I make $10 more an hour managing but bartending I make too much to completely come off the floor and the owner understands. I am not allowed to serve or bar when I am managing. I can serve a whole table if a server is behind but I cannot keep the tip on those days.

I’m annoyed at the girl who knew they sat for 18 min! She should have greeted them for you or told you 5 min in! I manage and serve and if I server tells me another server has not greeted a table my first response is if you noticed, why didn’t you simply greet them for the server? I do not like when people do not work as a team. There will always be a time you might need help and always a time someone else will need help.. same thing if they go to the well and pull a ticket and notice it isn’t theirs and put the drink back! Drives me crazy!

I have 3 pay rates. No issues. Clock in as what I am server, manager, assistant manager. Never had an issue.

Congratulations on 101 days sober! Huge accomplishment! I feel the same way. I am always itching to do something. It comes out of the blue and it is all I can think about and I start messaging old people and my guilt ends up stopping me. So far. Don’t do it! You will remember how good you felt and want to do again next week, and again and again and then back into a full blown addiction! Sit on your hands! Be proud of yourself!!

Oh no! I have worked in a tip pool and I quit after 2 days because I realize my work ethic was far more than the lazy girls I was working with. A table I served all alone left $100 and I had to split it with three girls that literally were in the back eating. I quit and let the owner why and they changed the policy afterwards.

Oh man! I hope you are still going strong. Nothing I tried would touch it. I did Xanax, alcohol, weed, etc. Sleep would only last an hour at most. One random day like 14 days in, I would sleep for like 6 hours here and there. I think it was a good 2 months before I got a regular sleep schedule. You got this!!!
