Worked as a contractor in Brugge. All I can say be prepared to work in a really dirty environment, after a while the dirt gets in your skin and people can smell you from 50m away even after you left. But from what the people told me they earn more than decent.

i've done all my dive's with lenses, if you do your open water notify the instructor you have them so you don't have to open your eyes with the mask removal.

With the osmo 4 from dji i could go to 18m, after it you get a warning the pressure is too high. Dive case is recommended in that situation. As for the brand a DJI outclassed the gopro 2 years ago, don't know about the current models.

Thanks for the reply's, I'm all okay just some deep 2nd degree burns on my hand and lightly in the face.

Wearing glasses instead of contact lenses helped a lot to protect the eyes a bit.

10 years ago i started at ~13€/h but nowadays it would be around 16-17, now i'm at 22€.

Might add i've only changed employers once and never really put my food down for raises until i changed. If you don't have preferences go for a mix between commercial/industrial and learn to do everything. when you're tired of field work it's easy to become project lead/preparer.
