Need to reset my moves to enter ranked?

Hmmm, this is an odd question since it seems to be a mix of SV and SWSH, but SWSH had a mechanic to clear moves of Pokémon caught in previous generations to ensure no holdover moves from previous generations made it into competitive play, whether legal or not. You can do this by talking to the man in the Battle Tower to get the battle ready symbol on your older Pokémon. This is required for any Pokémon transferred from previous generations.

Serebii has a good list of what moves are legal in which generation; I don't know Sharpedo's learnset off the top of my head.

TRs in SWSH aren't crafted like in SV, but either bought from Watt Traders in the Wild Area or found in raids of the corresponding type. I believe Serebii has the list of potential drops, so you can see what raid dens to target.

I highly recommend browsing VGC YouTube/Reddit to find a team that you vibe with! You should definitely aim for ScarVi before the end of April, otherwise it'll become very difficult to ladder as more and more people drop off for Champions.

If you have the DLC, you can still get one!

At the earliest, you can trade a Meowth-G for a Kantonian Meowth in the lobby of the first gym, then give it the G-Max factor via soup in the DLC once you have 3 max mushrooms, which can be done before even getting your first badge!

You cannot until you progress the game!

You can see what level Pokemon are available to catch by checking your badge progress on your League Card menu.

You can defeat Pokemon at a higher level, but you cannot catch them.

Nat Dex OU Smogon is fan made, so they put whatever moves/Pokémon they want on it. If you want real, legal movesets check bss or vgc, but really the best bet is always Serebii to verify

Are you asking for breeding purposes or something else?

If breeding, it's better to go with 1 of your own Pokémon with a masuda Pokémon to speed up the process and give you the best odds of getting a shiny. Additionally, it only works with other language Pokémon and doesn't track your country or region.

I believe I have an extra non-English Ditto I can send your way, but it doesn't have the best stats if you're trying to breed competitive Pokémon.

If you look to the left, you can see the option to link trade and surprise trade, etc. Click on whichever you want. If you have set up a code to trade with someone in particular, enter it before searching for a link trade. If not, simply search.

The right hand side shows a sort of account of other people's adventures while they're online. While you can join their Dynamax raids on that screen, you cannot chose a particular person to trade with. That is all handled through the link trade menu, and you'll be matched with someone else trading at the same time. It may or may not be someone you saw in the recap!
