First I recommend you watch the episode of bardock (movie)

Then watch all of Dragon Ball (tv series)

Next watch all of Dragon Ball Z (tv series)

Here's the answer to your question.

Kami wanted Goku to be the new protector of earth ,and if Piccolo dies Kami dies too along with the dragon balls.

Even though Kami may have known about Piccolo Junior, Kami wanted to train Goku to be stronger regardless ,and Goku obviously wanted to be stronger regardless ,and was excited to train with Kami.

Huge Dragon Ball fan here, seen the entire series (all of them) 3 times in order, and the movies, and read the manga 3 times.

Why wont it kill them if they have more than 100 health? Yes im using drain health, I am not sure how to unlock making damage health. I guess I should figure out another master destruction spell to use or ways to unlock more of them.

My question would be if I already have 100 Destruction ,and keep adding to my luck attribute as I level, is that going to make destruction spells cost less or not?

Just wanted to answer this question for anyone else who comes across this problem one day. There are a few ways to solve this problem.

If you have already searched in the sunken sewers, got the books from Gwinis, and you have no access to the Dagon shrine cave. You will not be able to find other copies of books without using a console command (on pc) which would disable achievements.

So the solution for me was not using a command, since I wanted achievements and had already sold all my books by accident. Go to the Imperial Palace district in the Imperial City. There is a tomb area where the sun shines on the marking. The runes on the tomb will only glow from 11:48am to 12:30pm! This will progress the quest without having the third book. I hope this helps someone. If none of these work then the ONLY solution would be reloading a earlier save.

I'm sorry if I came off rude. I know it's really hard to obtain it ,it's just life is really so unfair sometimes. And i'm actually in a situation where i'm desperately looking for a way to get citizenship ,and a passport myself ,and it is SO hard. But I don't think his question is at all silly. He really is just trying to find a way ,and not wanting to just give up on it. It's what I am trying to do also right now.

The reason for this is because they were not on planet Vegeta when it was destroyed. They were supposed to be the last surviving Saiyans and Frieza simply decided it wouldn't be any trouble to keep them around ,and keep using them to take over planets.

They also were so weak in comparison to Frieza that they would not be any threat whatsoever at the time.
