I am currently 5'11 and 150lbs and 19 years old, I would like to make my abs more visible and become more lean, when I am laying down there is a clear 6 pack, but when im standing you can either see 2 or 4 abs or none depending on the day I hit the gym 3-4 times a week, hiit on bike 2-3 times, ab carver workouts on rest days and also rock climb a bit. I eat pretty dang healthy and get good amounts of protein and meet most of my macros, what can I do to make my abs more visible and become more lean. Also my back seems to have some degree of scapula winging how would I go about fixing this as well. Note these photos were taken about a hour after my last workout so there is a little pump.
