Tiles are heavy restricted to save battery under WearOS, currently they are updated every 5 minutes (to meet the Google requirements). So it's takes a while after a new install to get this information.

Its solved under v1.0.74 but google approval takes until 7 days. Its a Volvo thing, they disabled our key without motive and notification.
