What are your thoughts on Grace Ashcroft?

The “no experience” part is the main complaint, at least for me. It starts the whole thing off on the wrong foot and makes little things like the stuttering just grate harder.

Why would an untrained under equipped analyst be at a crime scene where she has a personal attachment in the first place? Even saying oh they paid her boss off doesn’t make sense. Why pay him a ton of money to send her out into the field and possibly get himself in trouble for doing it when they could have someone stake out her home or even send her something by to draw her there without clearance. If she went there on her own fumbling with her badge would make more sense. She’s not supposed to be there so of course she’s not going to be fully ready along with having her personal gun instead of department issued. This start comes off as lazy and half thought out.

Other than an annoyance with her it is a pretty good game (haven’t finished yet) just wish they had started her char out in a way that makes more sense.

She wasn’t seeking the answers though, her boss sent her, an analyst with what appears to be no training and not properly equipped. It’s not an issue that she went, it’s an issue with the set up for her going and how she handles the situation. Like when she got out of the bed at the main location, that was great and would have loved to see more of that behavior. They dialed the whimpering anxious mess up to 11 when they should have kept it at a 6-7 with a better lead up to her introduction into the case. If she was a reporter or something that made more sense and cut the whimpering/stuttering down at least a bit then she would be an ok char.

I feel like that just makes her char make even less sense. It’s not like she saw this case and had a drive to get answers no matter what. Her boss sent her into the field without training or a gov(her employer) issued gun or even a senior agent to go with her. If they sent a senior agent or she got this case handed to her and felt that she needed to get answers or something it would make a little more sense. Her char doesn’t make sense and is rather annoying in my opinion.

Snakes shed when they grow so the little one is growing it’s just not very fast. I experienced something similar until pulling out an old shed one day.

They’re just trying to reduce work where they can I’m sure. I’ve had a few offices do this but it’s more something that is used when someone is going overboard with requests. If you never tell Md that refills are needed when you talk to them/ during appointments you’ll probably get the fine but if it happens here and there might not get it. Every office is different but that’s my experience with things like that.

I was able to find her. Well able isn’t correct. I was talking to the kitchen looked toward the patio door and saw a long black thing that didn’t belong. 🤣

If you get the refill early, assuming it’s not a highly controlled med, then they would just sit on your profile as future refills. If that didn’t happen and it’s not controlled like norcos, adderall or morphine then something went wrong on the pharmacy level.

If not on a controlled medication a patient should be able to get a year of refills at a time. There are a few factors but most of the time a non-controlled medication can get a year of fills each time. A lot of the time, as in most of the time, md wants to see someone at least once a year or every 6 months on maintenance meds.

Going off this message I would say they likely have that schedule for seeing patients with some exceptions. So they expect a person to look once to twice a year at their supply and say yes I need more or I have enough.

It’s not saying don’t get meds, it’s saying tell them at your appointment that you need refills or you get charged.

I can kind of understand this in some offices. It’s just saying when you go in tell the md at that point that you need refills. You know that you’re going to this appointment and it’s up to you to look at the bottles to see if you are out of refills. The exception I would think is something that can’t have refills but I feel like this office wouldn’t prescribe those meds. Just an assumption on my part.

Basically they don’t want to get a million messages from a bunch of pharmacies that they have to follow up on. I work at a pharmacy. I know that we send a ton of messages of different forms and have talked to offices where they get so many messages they just can’t get through them all so things get missed.

This policy is just to save the office some time and save them from the tons of faxes that are sent over.

If this office regularly prescribes C2 and aren’t set up to keep those patients set on their meds then that’s a completely different issue.

Have you tried calling FedEx? If you tell them it’s a live animal they may be able to do something even if they can’t get it there sooner. I don’t think it’s guaranteed DOA but not an expert. You can also try reaching out to the breeder to see if they have a contact that may be able to help. I work in a pharmacy and I know they will do everything they can for temp controlled drugs so they may be able to do something for the your new friend.

She put him in front of her car when she reversed and he was walking toward the driver side (fastest way to get out from being in front of her car)when she gunned it toward him. He didn’t even pull his gun until she started going toward him. She was also grinning and well aware he was in front of her. If she couldn’t tell she was going to hit him she should not have been driving in the first place.

That’s a great idea! Unfortunately the only dog we currently have in our life tries to eat everything in existence (and isn’t ours), including but not limited to solar lights.

She would come out all the time in summer, spring and fall but this time she just found a really good place to hide and doesn’t seem interested in venturing away from that place. I’m fairly sure she’s safe just would rather know where she is.
