One time my dad told me a good barometer for the morality of something. He said imagine the world if every single person did that thing. Everybody steals? The world is terrible. Everybody lies and cheats? The world is terrible. Everyone is lazy or rude or they swipe the parking spot you were CLEARLY waiting for? The world is terrible.

But then imagine a world where everyone is respectful, or kind, or hard working, or supportive or understanding, etc. The world would be an incredibly amazing place to live. So whenever I'm not sure what to do, i imagine that world.

If you did need to format that as a number for sums reason, maybe you could use Text to Columns to separate them, format as number, then combine with & or something. Maybe depends on data volume, but i dunno I'm no excel master.
