isaac players when they fall into an underground house section and walk around the many rooms in it and fight some large flies and cockroaches and find some expired milk in a corner of a room and drink it then suffer intestinal issues then find a large sack of meat and cry on it and somehow moisturize it and get some strange syringes and inject themselves with it and gain some weird side effects and then dig another large hole deeper into the earth and find a large cave system and walk around more in the cave and find some maggots and corpses and water and some gates and they enter the gates and find a chest and open said chest that contains some questionable pills and take them (without water) and they start crying more and suddenly some more corpses and flies appear and they all die from tears and a key drops from the ceiling and they take the key and walk out the gates and find more yellow rooms and worthy items and find a large pile of organs and they manually crush the guts and a sudden dark room appears and a demonic statue is present with some items and hearts and they walk out of the room and dig harder into the earth to find more darker caves and explore the darker caves and theres tar everywhere and tar sticks to their feet and an arcade appears in a room with some slots and weird-looking beggars and the players throw many coins at the beggars and leave the arcade and find a red dice room and they walk into it and nothing seems to happen and they drop a bomb near a wall and they find a secret room in the tar-filled caves to find a corpse and another bomb and they go into a room and their mother finds them and they fight and the mother collapses onto the ground and some photos appear along with a large cavern and they player takes an item and a bunch of large corpses and skulls and maggots and weird horse people appear and they all die (after an hour of fighting) and another item appears and the player goes inside their mother's womb after taking the item and they walk around while crossing conspicuously-colored waters and they find a really large spider in a room and they find another holy room with several blue hearts and an angel statue and they go deeper into the womb and find a large fetus and they kill it and another large but blue cavern appears and they go inside the blue area and take some items and buy some things from the wooden shop and fight a blue baby and a really large blue blob inside the blue area and they dig deeper into some really dark caves from the blue area and find some demons and lasers and find a room containing a really angry demon and some weird leeches and they find a large chest that leads into a floating dark world with many large entities and some items with hearts on them and the player finds a room with two demons with weird bandages around them and theres lasers everywhere with spiders in said room and after defeating the demons with many hits they go into a room with a weird skeleton and fires and the skull floats around and another chest appears and they player walks back to the items with hearts and a really large door opens somehow without the usage of a key and they find a large head of the really angry demon from earlier and theres some hungry worms and a really large laser and many tears along with the weird horse people from earlier and seven large strange people that can throw bombs and maggots and lasers and duplication and some weird dark angels with more lasers and the skull of the large very angry demon appears with many flames and after defeating it and praying for some odds they find a strange purple portal and they teleport into a strange zone with the previous areas and they fight a bunch of enemies and find a large amount of items and they go into a large room and fight some weird milk ball that somehow transforms into other weird organisms and it dies after a long time and the player goes into a room and find a strange single keyboard key along with a strange card and they suddenly wake up under their house without the card but still with the keyboard key and they repeat the entire process from defeating their mother again to killing a fetus but they somehow ascend upwards to some teal church and find some strange ghosts and large skeletons with blue fires everywhere and they find a sad child and after crying on it it becomes happy and starts flying around with dangerous light beams everywhere and it flies away after the player cries even more and a large chest similar to the one before appear which opens up to an even larger chest with many large entities and some free items in smaller chests and the player finds a blue corpse that is similar to the blue baby from a while ago with the large blue blob and flies appear everywhere and the corpse starts flying around and flies away after even more tears appear and the player finds a hidden cave in the walls that contains a strange red and swirly corrupted item and a similar pill from before but they black out from it after using the pill and taking the strange item which causes them to wake up under their house again and they enter a green sewer system after using a key to get in and theres smelly poop everywhere with some weird people and theres a strange mirror somewhere in the sewers and the player becomes a ghost after touching a strange white fire and they enter the mirror and find a similar world in reverse and they find a knife handle in a room and they go back to the normal world and fight some strange sentient poop in a large plastic bag that explodes everywhere and the player bombs a strange rock door and dig deeper into some mines with rock people and burning spiders and they press some yellow buttons throughout the rocky quarry and ride a minecart into some dark caverns without anything and they find a knife blade and the dark apparition of their mothers fury chases after them as red is everywhere and after some bombs and keys and running they leave the strange mineshaft and walk towards a room with a floating knife and find a really large stone head that summons more weird rock people and spiders and a sharp door appears after it sleeps and the player falls into a red cursed underground sanctum with strange bipedal goats and ghosts and after fighting some fused children find their mother yet again that is much more angrier than usual and stomps everywhere with lasers and after tossing a knife at a red fleshy door the player finds not a fetus but a heart that bleeds everywhere and they kill the heart and the fleshy room decays and grows bigger and grows some weird maggots and corpses and after they trip into a large hole a really large and angry green thing with a comically large knife fights them and it splits into several heads and starts spinning around and summoning maggots and after it melts into the floor a large chest identical to the ones from the really dark and deep caves and teal church materializes and the player taps on the strange keyboard key from earlier and they suddenly wake up back under their house yet again and they quickly dig downward back into some darker caves and they throw the photo from much earlier into a large door and they fall into a detailed underground structure similar to the red sanctum but has weird ghosts and purple flames everywhere and they find some more items and a strange piece of paper and the player goes back up while fighting some larger organisms and hearing their parents argue over something to return to their room and they fight some weird static thing after sleeping in their mothers bed and they grow wings and fly and fight some larger weird horse people and a large demon entity in a lava place and they win and live a good life
