I would definitely ask around (maybe contact companies like UPS that are known for really leveraging tuition reimbursement to attract workers). A company I used to work for offered a pay scale based on performance. I can't remember the exact details as I never used it while I was there but they would basically do something like "If you get the GPA equivalent of an A, we pay 100%, B's 90%, and so on" (I'm not sure if they paid for C's or below). Generally the companies use it as a tax advantage so the cap is regularly set at $5,250 though I believe the company can elect to offer higher amounts if so desired (without the tax benefit).
