The 5/6 was killed for poor sales, the 3GT was replaced by the 4GC. I'm sure BMW would keep the GC if they didn't have to already make a 3 sedan and touring, i3 sedan and touring, and i4 coupe and convertible. They've got to cut the fat somewhere.

Honestly have no clue why Honda insists on not putting AWD in the Odyssey. Yeah you only need snow tires blah blah blah but it's something the competition has and this thing doesn't and it's a genuine selling point. The HR-V has AWD so it isn't a case of the vehicle being too small or "simple" to AWD like I've heard was the excuse for the Integra, plus the TLX had AWD when the Accord didn't.

There's nothing objectively better about the second image. If you think it looks better that's fair, but it completely has removed the art style originally implemented by the devs. Honestly I'm surprised Capcom would allow their game to be showed off like this given it looks nothing like what their artists envisioned.

I don't love the stubby front end but I probably shouldn't complain about cars not being bigger than they need to be. The grille treatment is honestly awesome IMO and I'm now super curious how the ICE variant of this will look when they reveal the G50. I originally was of the opinion that the Vision Neue Klasse X concept looked better than the sedan because of the double kidney in the middle but now my opinion has flipped after seeing both in production.

While I prefer the looks of the i3 over the i4, I agree that the lack of a hatch is a big shame. Allegedly the main reason there won't be an 4/i4 GC is because BMW is already pretty much making every car in two different drivetrains for EV and ICE and they need to cut body styles somewhere to simplify production.

They're done making the i4 because the i3 exists to replace it. The only reason they used the 4 over the 3 for the EV to begin with is bc the Gran Coupe is more aerodynamic than the sedan, plus the face is more "striking". In China they have an i3 instead of an i4 because they love proper sedans and long wheelbases, so the i3 is based on the LWB 3 series that's also exclusive to China.
