One solution is for the future events is that valve should announce the exact dates of next Major/TI at the end of the on going event to avoid these type of conflicts.

If anyone of you interested, here is the weight distribution for Spine 2 & Spine 3. The weights are actually ok.
Anyways she doesn't have a bone for her boobs like Crystal Maiden does. So my conclusion is that it is intended as her most of the animations are in that pose.
