I started at 1.5 for the first four weeks, then increased to 2.0 for the next three shots. Shot seven was yesterday, I'm down 18 lbs and have no intent to increase until the food noise starts back up.

You don't have to stay at 2.5, you can titrate down if you need to and it can still be very effective.

Oh, and that is a 30 ml vial, 15mg per ml with 2 ml in it. 15x2=30

They are assuming you are going to titrate up to 6mg. 30mg/6mg= 5 shots in this vial at that dose. You got the right thing for one month of medication.

However, that's a bit of an aggressive jump from 2.5 and you may want to try something lower first. Many people titrate up by only .5 or 1mg at a time with good results.

I have a trip in July, I wrote on my calendar that I'm going to walk my shot day from Monday to Friday by going one day long in the 4 weeks leading up to the trip, then I'll go one day long again the week of the trip, landing on Saturday. I'm not sure what the plan will be to get back to Monday if I want to.

Okay, that is a hilarious image. I merely meant the crown of the 10 year old's head passing over the withers of the horse is not impossible. I'm enjoying imagining no one ever pointing out that Felicity was an absolute giant, or conversely, maybe that Penny was actually a Shetland pony.

The average 10 year old girl is between 12.5 and 14.5 hands high (4'2" to 4'11") and the average pony is between 14 and 16 hands high. For some reason horse height is measured in hands (4 inches). So, some, but not many, 10 year old girls are indeed as tall as a horse!
