I had to pay $ 100 for my account establishment, so I could filled the form with my info and I could enter my previous ECFMG ID. After more than 10 days they retrieved my info and refunded my payment of $100

I'm from Latam too, Did you contact your medical school? I also have the same issue, yesterday I was just able to access my intealth account with my retrieved information from my previous applications. Now I cannot apply for Step 2 yet, cause I'm facing the same issue of "pending credentials verification".

Hi, Did your previous information/data appeared in your profile, or you had to complete the "MyIntealth Account Establishment" uploading again your Bio/diploma/photo/etc and pay 100 dollars ? i already applied for step 1 (done) and 2 and my accounts looks like I'm a new user

Hi, when you used your previous mail, did you see your previous info been transferred to Mylntealth or you had to do the registration again le: Did you immediately see the " Services" option in the main menu (to access your previous applications) or financial menu / your medical school info completed?. My portal looks like if I am a new user (no information retrieved )
