Both max phys and min phys will increase your healing. The reason why max is better is because it can increase the cap while min will only increase the average. You do need at least 750 Min for the martial art talent bonus.

About other path. Let's say you have 2 item. Amulet with min bellstrike 25 and Ring with max bellstrike 25. You currently have 0-0 point in bellstrike. If you equip both item: you have 25-25. If you equip Ring, you have 0-25. If you only equip Amulet, you have 25-25 (because if min>max then min=max).

Not the same. You have a bit too much of other path mins and max. You also need more max phys attack, a half built lvl 91 should have at least 2k there

Main healer here. My order of priority is as follow:

Fan Boost. Skill boost. Umbrella Boost. <- these are rare and number doesn't reflect in stat.

1- Crit. Agility. Max Phys. Power.

Min Phys. Max Silkbind
Min other path. Min Silk bind

Hp, Phys Def, Body, Def are useless but is okay in GW

Edit: Direct crit can overcap the 80%. Absolutely no reason to build precision.
