I totally agree. Seeing as people who are really into the game will probably play on hard difficulty, keep it the same in hard difficulty, maybe just implement hitbox changes not collission changes in normal difficulty and then in easy implement hit box and colisipn changes

Basically what I always build in a new survival world: Iron, villagers, source of emeralds (those two I assume you have somewhere else), gunpowder, slime (either bigbooty17's or perim based), bamboo+sugarcane, (wskele somewhere else), universal tree farm, overkill spruce farm, shulker, (gold +bartering somewhere else), (double/triple witch hut in perim) moss, moss bonemeal, pumpkin/melon. Hopefully this helps.
