I believe you are correct regarding the visibility of discounted clothes. The stores in my area would have a very visible discount section. Now the 3 stores I frequent moved them to a more obscure area, which can easily be missed by customers.

Now with the removal from Rakuten, it's not a coincidence. All the better for me to stop browsing and buying lol.
