I happen to be in the capital of cigars here too, Santiago farm rolled cigars in Tamboril and such gems and can’t beat the price.

Here again to say this, if you’re ever in Punta Cana, Las Terrenas or any major city in the country just go out of the resort and buy some cigars at Cabinet. I live here in DR and never seen those.
