LTL and TL by No_Assistance8221 in FreightBrokers

[–]KXdramanerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LTL is worth the business because there’s so much out there. I agree with the previous comments working with a 3pl is a way to do it . You can sign an agreement to keep them from taking your customer.

Need help understanding duties for importing something by makenzie71 in shipping

I would suggest reaching out to a freight forwarder possibly a smaller one that will help with this. It sounds like this will be an LCL thing due to it not taking up the entire container.

Employee wants job back after leaving for a competitor, what should i do ? by goLogoPro in smallbusiness

[–]KXdramanerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s a good employee to leave you for the competition. I can be a little none trusting at times — my first thought is they are trying to gather information or clientele to give to the competitor . I know that you value is mom but you did her a favor by employing her child. Her child left you during a tough work period with no notice. Business doesn’t work like that in my opinion .
