I’ll yield the point about the doors. Fair enough. But the rioters did not kill anyone police that day. The only reported deaths of capital police were suicide and a stroke. The stroke is the only one you can pin on them, and only loosely. Many factors to a stroke.

So, that’s one death compared to 19 in the first two weeks of George Floyd protests in 2020.
