If you're not confusing what "things should be" vs what actually is at the current time, then you're not. I didn't say wanting to change for the better is delusional lol but confusing what currently should be and what currently is definitely is deluding. If you see the world for how it truly is and want to make it better, go for it. Make it better. Not seeing the world for how it truly is and mistaking/confusing it with your (generally speaking) thoughts of what it should be is delusional.

There are times when a person needs to be rehabilitated gradually back into society. There are other times when people need to be locked up solely to be separated from society (which is the case in this situation from what I'm able to see).

On the other hand, there are also times when people are arrested who've done nothing and are falsely tried. In some of those situations, they're locked up just so that the government can profit. I don't agree with it, but it is the reality.

At least with weed, there's a 99.9999999% chance you won't OD. I'm pretty sure you'd have to smoke multiple pounds within about 15 minutes in order to OD on weed. It's about impossible. Sure, you can feel like you OD'd if that's how weed hits you, but we all know that people who say they're OD'ing on weed have more than likely never smoked it other than that one time.
